Every team in Enterprise Technology contributed measurable impact in FY25. Here’s a snapshot of what each accomplished.
Managed identity for 11.35M UT EIDs, supported 76K M365 users across 270M emails and 28.7M Teams meetings, and protected 130K accounts with multi-factor authentication. UT Box alone holds 6.3 PB of stored content.
Grew the centralized data hub to 17 active pipelines and 4.98M objects, supporting 125K+ public dashboard users. Delivered 32 modern dashboards from the Data Hub and maintained 200 objects in DBT for reusable data models.
Handled 94K+ customer interactions with an 82% first-level resolution rate and 92% satisfaction score. In-person services issued 20K+ new EIDs via Cloudcard. The team met or exceeded expectations for 92% of customers.
Positioned UT Austin as a national leader in higher-ed AI through the AI Studio (UT Spark), training 2,400 users on M365 Copilot saving 1–2 hours daily. Simple Syllabus adoption rates grew 300%. Digital Accessibility addressed 6,175 pages of material.
Processed $473B in financial transactions and managed $540M in financial aid across 7.3M transactions. HR & Payroll handled $2.5B in direct deposits, 70K job applications, and 1.1M system transactions.
Supported 492K devices across the campus network and stored 1 PB of building security video. Upgraded backbone capacity to 300G (moving to 400G). Filtered 254K spam calls and 750K fraud detection calls from the UT voice network.
Business Office processed 86K+ charges totaling $14M+ in billing across telephone, networking, electronic security, and core services. Communications drove 72K website visitors and 21K+ LinkedIn impressions. 500+ tasks managed by the Business Office.
