UT's enterprise telephony runs on Teams. Manage voicemail, call forwarding, and conference bridges from within Teams or the web.
EID & Duo MFA
Manage your UT EID password, Duo trusted devices, and role-based access requests. Multi-factor auth is mandatory for all institutional systems.
Cisco AnyConnect VPN
Required for secure remote access to UT internal systems, restricted network shares, and administrative applications from off-campus.
ServiceNow (IT Ticketing)
Submit, track, and manage IT service requests. The single portal for hardware, software, access requests, and incident reporting.
SharePoint & OneDrive
Departmental file sharing and collaboration via SharePoint. Personal work files in OneDrive — both fully managed and backed up by ET.
Managed Print (Xerox)
UT's managed print fleet. Submit print jobs from any device, pick up at any campus printer. Automatic duplex and cost-center billing.

UT staff are high-value phishing targets. Learn to recognize spear-phishing, BEC fraud, and credential-harvesting attacks — and report suspicious emails to security@utexas.edu.
