Microsoft is sponsoring no-cost, instructor-led Copilot training for the entire UT System community in April. Sessions run every Tuesday at 3 p.m. CST and are open to all faculty and staff — whether you have a paid Copilot license or are just getting started.
Microsoft is offering four no-cost, instructor-led training sessions for the UT System community every Tuesday in April. Delivered by NetCom Learning — a premier Microsoft Training Services Partner — each 60-minute session focuses on a different aspect of Microsoft 365 Copilot, from foundational prompting skills to building AI-powered agents. The series is open to all UT Austin faculty and staff.

- April 14 — AI-3025: Work Smarter with AI. An overview of both free and paid Copilot features, key capabilities, and hands-on labs to explore workflows.
- April 21 — MS-4018: Draft, Analyze, and Present with Microsoft 365 Copilot. Paid Copilot integrations in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.
